Monica Kristiansen
I am Associate Professor at the Faculty of Computer Sciences at Østfold University College in Halden, Norway.
My educational background is master degree in statistics from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) and a a PhD in statistics at the University of Oslo.
My work is in the field of software reliability and dependability, risk analysis and pre-developed software.
My main research activity is on development of quantitative methods for assessing reliability of compound software, i.e. systems consisting of multiple software components. How to include dependency aspects in the software reliability models is of special interest.
I teach the following courses:

- Development of critical software
- Software testing and software requirements
- Information architecture
