PI: authors

The purpose is to produce a simple list of all authors. 

<?_wxt authors?>

The parameters are:

form (optional) Possible values are id, short and full. full is default and displays the content of the fragment. If short, only the short value of the author fragment is displayed.
cols (optional) The number of columns. Default is 1.

Styleclass(es) describing this PI is: wxtauthorsn, where n is the number of columns selected, se distributed std styles.
